Richard Blanco studied theatre at Lancaster and Leeds Universities and trained as a dancer at the Laban Centre in London. He began his career as a performance artist and arts entrepreneur. After setting up and directing Greenwich Dance, he moved into HR training and consultancy, specialising in diversity. Richard started buying property in 2003 and has built a portfolio across six London boroughs. He was London Representative for the National Residential Landlords Association for 14 years, organising and speaking at events across the capital. Richard is an experienced broadcaster. He produced and presented Inside Property on Share Radio and presents the NRLA Podcast Listen Up Landlords. He regularly appears on USA TV show House Hunters International, broadcast globally through Discovery. He writes for a number of publications and comments on housing matters in the press.
